It’s Monday! What are you reading?

This is a weekly post to share what you recently finished reading, what you’re currently reading, and what you plan on reading this week. It’s hosted by Kathryn at Bookdate. If you want to join me (and a gazillion other bloggers) go check out her blog 😀

Monday

Hollow City (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children #2) by Ransom Riggs (Review here). The second book in Miss Peregrine’s series. It’s slightly better than the first book in the series, but I’m still not convinced.

I’m Still Here by Clélie Avit (Review here). An incredibly unique and heartfelt story about a woman who has been in a comma for about 5 months or so, but what the doctors don’t know is that she can hear them. Her brain is not 100% down, but the (stupid) doctors haven’t realised it and want to pull the plug on her. If you haven’t read I’m Still Here, please, please, please read it! You won’t regret it!

Monday2

Heartless by Marissa Meyer – I’m only on page 132 so it’s still early days, but I’m loving this book so far! No spoilers in the comment section, pleaseeeee!

The Favoured Child by Philippa Gregory – My first ever Philippa Gregory book! This is actually an audiobook I got from my local library’s app, and I’m already wondering if they have any of her other audiobooks available! Haha!

Monday3

I have no idea what I’m reading next. I might read one of the few ARCs I have on my bookshelf (I feel guilty every time I look at them and decide to pick up something else!)

Happy reading!
