First of all, I want to thank OnTurningPages for tagging me! I absolutely love doing tags, challenges, awards, and all that jazz * excitedly does jazz hands * 😀
Right, let’s do this…
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A BLOGGER?
I’ve been blogging for exactly 3 months today (Yay! Happy birthday to Mystery Date With a Book!).
AT WHAT POINT DO YOU THINK YOU WILL STOP?
WHAT IS THE BEST PART?
The best part is definitely the people I’ve “met” through blogging. Every time that orange dot pops up on the top right corner of my wordpress screen I get super excited! I still can’t believe people give up their time (willingly!) to read my ramblings here… Thank you dear readers! You’re all wonderful!
WHAT IS THE WORST THING?
I think the worst bit about blogging is when nobody shows up to the party 😦 Some days only 2 or 3 people will come by to look at my latest post… That makes me sad. I know it’s not the end of the world if nobody reads my posts but I like sharing my ideas and comments with other people… I miss my blogging friends sometimes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO FIND/CREATE PICTURES TO USE?
Oh, not long at all. If I know what I’m looking for…
WHO’S YOUR BOOK CRUSH?
I have quite a few actually. One of them is Four from the Divergent series ♥
WHAT AUTHOR WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE ON YOUR BLOG?
I’m a huge fan of Meg Cabot! I love her writing style 🙂 I think she’d be a fun author to have on my blog.
WHAT DO YOU WEAR WHEN YOU WRITE YOUR BLOG?
I usually blog in my pyjamas. My thinking behind this is: Why get dressed when you’re at home? So I spend most of my “in” days in my pyjamas 😀
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO PREPARE A POST?
It depends on what I’m writing about. If it’s a book review then I guess the time you spend reading the book might also be considered preparation time for that particular post, right? So yeah, it varies…
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE BOOK BLOGGER COMMUNITY/CULTURE?
I love it! I just wish I had found it sooner!
WHAT DO YOU THINK ONE SHOULD DO TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL BLOG?
Being true to yourself! That’s the best way to be successful in whatever we do in life, not just blogging. Plus, I think copying what other people are doing is a bit of a cheat really. I mean, you’re unique! Your views are unique. Your opinions, your writing style, your sense of humor, are all unique. That’s what makes us (people) so diverse and interesting! That’s why we shouldn’t compare ourselves with other people and base our success on that.
Now, I tag:
(I don’t even know how many people I’m supposed to tag here. Haha! )
Thanks for coming by 😀
Till next time!
